- Borrowers are responsible for the safe return of item(s) borrowed.
- Lost item(s) will be billed to the borrower at cost, including shipping and handling and any applicable tax(es).
- Borrowers may purchase or donate a replacement copy on their own.
- The Library does not charge any fee for its own handling and preparation.
- Items damaged beyond a usable state will be replaced as if lost.
- Borrowers are encouraged to contact library staff to arrange for equitable replacement of item(s).
- If lost items are later found and payment had already been made, a refund will be issued if the item(s) are found within the same budget year.
